BILLI YUN is a South African private company, CIPC registration number 2016/538430/07, and the responsible party for personal information handled through this website. Our registered physical and postal address is 110 Pretoria Avenue, Sandown, Johannesburg, 2196.

What we collect and why
We collect the name, email address, company, telephone number, service interest, project message and other details you provide when requesting a quote or consultation. Timing, budget and consultation preferences are collected where supplied. Required fields allow us to assess and respond to your enquiry; providing other details is voluntary. Please do not submit identity documents, payment card details, health information or confidential client material.
We use information to assess and respond to requests, clarify requirements, prepare proposals, arrange consultations and, where agreed, deliver projects. We also process information as reasonably necessary to protect our systems and rights and meet legal obligations. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Enquiry storage and access
Website enquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1. Currently only Billi Yun’s owner has direct operational access and control. Enquiries are reviewed manually: there is no CRM integration, automated distribution or AI processing of submitted enquiries. External specialists do not automatically receive enquiry data.
Technical information
Our infrastructure providers process technical request information to operate and protect the service. The enquiry endpoint uses an IP-derived, hourly hashed identifier for rate limiting. This is pseudonymous information, not guaranteed anonymous data. Raw IP addresses are not stored in enquiry records. Expired rate-limit entries are removed during subsequent submission processing, rather than at a guaranteed scheduled deletion time.
Sharing and international processing
Billi Yun does not sell personal information. Necessary information may be shared with approved specialists or service providers where reasonably required to assess or deliver your requested project, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection arrangements. Information may also be disclosed where legally required.
Cloudflare supports website hosting and enquiry storage; Google Workspace supports business communications. Depending on services, account configuration, network routing and provider infrastructure, information may be processed outside South Africa. Billi Yun will take reasonable steps to address applicable POPIA requirements and relevant contractual safeguards for international processing. We do not guarantee a particular storage country or provider configuration.
Retention and security
Unsuccessful or non-client enquiries are retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, then deleted or de-identified unless continued retention is reasonably justified by a legal or legitimate business requirement. Client and project records are retained separately for applicable contractual, accounting, tax and legal requirements. Retention reviews and deletion are managed manually; the website does not provide an automated deletion schedule.
We use access restrictions, encrypted website connections, server-side validation and abuse-prevention controls. No security measure can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Contact compliance@billiyun.com to request access to or correction of your personal information, request deletion where applicable, or object to processing. We may verify your identity proportionately. Applicable legal requirements may affect what we can delete or disclose. You may raise a complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator.

Cookies and tracking
The custom website contains no analytics, advertising pixels, application cookies or localStorage tracking. Google Maps is linked externally, not embedded. Infrastructure and security providers may use necessary technical mechanisms depending on the service and configuration. External websites operate under their own notices.
No marketing subscription is offered through these forms. Any future tracking or marketing functionality will require a separate assessment and an updated notice. We will update this notice when our information-handling practices materially change.
