Website enquiries are invitations to engage, not accepted projects or orders. A quote request is not a binding order. A consultation request is not a confirmed appointment until Billi Yun manually confirms it. An enquiry reference confirms receipt only; project acceptance is confirmed manually.
Scope, price, payment terms, deliverables, timing, cancellation and intellectual-property arrangements are agreed separately for each engagement in the applicable proposal or agreement.
